Terms & Conditions

1. The renter must be at least 21 years old and present a valid original driving license.
2. The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damages, accidents, or legal issues.
3. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Late returns will incur extra charges.
4. A refundable deposit must be paid before the rental begins. It will be refunded if the car is returned in good condition.
5. The vehicle must be used only for lawful, personal purposes. Illegal use, racing, or commercial activity is prohibited.
6. Any accident or damage must be immediately reported to Rentocar. Self-repairs are not allowed.
7. All traffic fines, tolls, parking penalties, and legal liabilities are the renter’s responsibility.
8. Cancellations will incur charges as per company policy. No refund after rental starts.
9. Rentocar reserves the right to cancel bookings or take legal action if terms are violated.

EXTRA CHARGES

1. Denting & Painting Charges:
   ₹3000 per panel for repairs including dent removal, surface preparation, and painting.
   If a part cannot be repaired and must be replaced, the cost of the new part and labor is extra.
   ₹3000 covers only repairs and painting, not replacement parts.
2. If tire damage occurs due to negligence, full compensation must be paid.
   Company will not use car insurance for customer in any case.
3. Extra Charges:
   ₹5/km after 350 km (5-seater)
   ₹7/km after 350 km (7-seater)
   ₹200/hour extra
4. After 24 hours:
   ₹200/hour (5-seater)
   ₹300/hour (7-seater)
   ₹500 per petrol point
   ₹90 per CNG point

FASTag Policy

• All vehicles are equipped with FASTag.
• All FASTag toll charges incurred during the rental period will be payable by the renter.
• FASTag charges will be adjusted from the security deposit or billed separately after trip completion.
• Any penalty due to insufficient FASTag balance caused by misuse will be borne by the renter.
