1. Who can rent a car?

Anyone aged 21 years or above with a valid original driving license can rent a car.

3. Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required before the rental starts.
It will be refunded after the car is returned in good condition.


4. What is the fuel policy?

The car must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.


5. What is the cancellation & refund policy?

If a booking is cancelled, ₹500 will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The remaining amount will be refunded.


6. What happens if I return the car late?

Late returns will incur extra hourly charges as per the vehicle category.

Yes. After the free limit, extra charges apply:

All traffic fines, tolls, parking charges, and legal penalties are the customer’s responsibility.


9. What if the car gets damaged or meets with an accident?

Any damage or accident must be reported immediately.
Repair costs will be charged as per damage assessment.
Self-repairs are not allowed.


10. Is insurance included?

The company will not use vehicle insurance for customer damages.
Customers are responsible for any repair or compensation costs.


11. Can I use the car for commercial purposes?

No. The car is strictly for personal use only.
Commercial use, racing, or illegal activities are prohibited.
